Meet Jason! Jason is another savvy seller who decided to unload his hot commodity while sellers still have control of the housing market. Jason had only owned this house for a few years. He originally bought it as a short sale which took a LONG time but he got it for a great price. He had done a ton of work on the house and wasn't sure if he should stay or sell. After we did a market analysis to see what price he might expect to get for it he decided that it was no-brainer and he would sell. Making a fantastic profit after such a short period of ownership has allowed him to make some of those bold life choices I love so much.
