The third time was the charm for this baby.  She was unlucky in love with her first two buyer contracts.  Both found reasons to turn their backs on her and walk away.  But our third buyer stayed the course and got an excellent deal on a house she can put some sweat equity into!  And my clients are now free to invest in something else!  Let's go! 

Sometimes, finding the one takes time.  In this case we looked at houses for literal years.  My client KNEW what she wanted and was not going to settle for less.  I'm so glad she didn't.  Her new house is GORGEOUS, yes, all CAPS gorgeous and she is going to be very happy there.  Congratulations, Alyssa!  

Meet Kayna, Jude and baby Emilia!  We started their search for the perfect multi-family home back in 2025.  After several duds and some desirable misses they found the one in Manchester.  Super clean and bright with only a small post-inspection to-do list, this little family is going to be very happy here.  And I was VERY happy when they asked if I could be in the picture closing day!  That is what it is all about ladies and gentleman!  Congratulations!

Meet Andrew and Kristin! Their new house has a legit, full size, regulation, BEACH volleyball court in the back yard.  Yes!  WITH SAND!  It is one of the more unique features I have seen in my years of home tours.  Now they get to decide if they are going to take up volleyball or turn the playing field into a Japanese zen garden.  Aside from forcing them to make the decision to play or not to play, the house is PERFECT and they were very smart to jump on it when they did!  Congratulations guys!  I look forward to next summer's sports tournament!
