How cute are these two?  Meet James and Jessica!  These savvy first-time homebuyers were tired of paying rent and needed a nice yard for their dogs to play in.  They knew what they wanted and we found just what they needed in Wethersfield!  And how great is Wethersfield?  Wethersfield is arguably the oldest town in CT and it has the state's largest historic district!  But I digress!  Back to these lovebirds and their awesome new house!  Congratulations, James and Jessica!  I'm looking forward to seeing how you make this place your own!  I'll see you at your housewarming party (because I'm invited, right?)!

When I listed this for sale house, I called it "small but mighty" and what a great description.  A unique 2 bedroom house, under 1000 square feet with an open floor plan and a fantastic, large, level fenced in yard.  It had it all for someone but would not be right for everyone.  This was one of those houses I would have liked to have lived in myself.  So it was no surprise when it sold quickly, over asking price!  Congratulations to my sellers!  They saw the time was right to upsize and sell, they made a great plan and they nailed it!  Oooooh, that feeling when everything works out perfectly! 

What a beautiful multi-family house this was!  I was very pleased to get this listing as a referral from another real estate broker who does not work in this area.  Her dear friend wanted to sell an investment property so she connected us.  This awesome house was practically in my backyard so it was exciting and fun to be able to help so easily with everything from market values to setting up work with local contractors.  I'm really starting to feel like an Enfield expert these days!  My selling client put a lot of effort into some nice updates while she owned the house so the new owners have TWO granite kitchens, TWO new half bathrooms and laundry on the living levels in TWO units.  Congratulations to everyone!
