Work in real estate long enough and you'll have some tales to tell. I think it's time I share some of mine. Names and addresses withheld to protect the innocent. I was showing houses to some buyers in the wilds of western Massachusetts. They were seriously interested in one that came with a decent sized piece of property. While exploring the lot, we discovered this lovely lady lounging behind the pool. I think she gives a whole new meaning to "personal flotation device". You can't make this stuff up!
This was a warm and fuzzy sale for sure! My client was looking to sell her condo after being invited to move in to the in-law apartment at her daughter's new house. I love a good multi-generational-home family! There are so many benefits to a multi-generational home! There's shared responsibility with household finances and chores, and living together can strengthen family bonds. Her condo was super cute and I'm very happy to report we sold it sooner than we expected and for more than she wanted! On to the next chapter! 1 Abbott Rd #82
Ellington, CT 06029 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom Sold! 1/24/20 For a few years now, I've had the pleasure to be a regular guest on WSKB's morning show, "WOW! It's Tuesday!" with host Bob Plasse. Bob's show airs on Tuesday mornings from 6am to 8am and he has me as a guest on the third Tuesday of each month. If you're from Westfield or have tuned in to the show, you probably already know what a character Bob is! It's so fun to get together with him, Jay Pagluica and Peter Cowles and see where Bob will take us conversationally. It's always an adventure! We usually talk about happenings around town, books we're reading, beekeeping, real estate and of course, music! Even though WSKB is a local western mass station, you can stream it live from anywhere on the web at WSKB We used to do the show on campus in the studio at Westfield State University but we recently relocated to Westfield Technical Academy, Go Tigers! The broadcasting studio at the technical highschool is awesome and now we're recording for TV as well radio. It's fantastic to be a part of such a fun morning show and community radio! Tune in when you can!
Meet Pam and Bob! Gaze upon their glorious new home! I connected with them after selling a house in their neighborhood when they reached out to talk about selling their own home. Sometimes I feel very lucky to have such great people find me! This is one of those times. It was very, very fun to help Pam and Bob find their new house and I'm looking forward to spending even more time with their family as we gear up to sell what is now their "old" house. I've also volunteered to house sit when they vacation, can you blame me? 61 Miller Dr

Call or text: 860-978-5388 [email protected] I'm sorry sports fans! I'm just not a sports person. In defense of that particular personality flaw of mine, I at least understand that fan or not, a good time can still be had in almost any sporting arena. I mean there are delicious snacks, drinks, and you are provided with hours of live entertainment by the competition and the spectators alike! For example, the guy standing behind us in the photo above definitely fell headfirst down over a few rows of seats right after I asked "do any of these drunk people ever fall over all these seats?" That right there was worth the price of admission. Don't worry. He was fine.
If I'm not a sports fan, how do I end up at a Bruins game at the TD Garden, you may ask? Well, they were playing the Canadians and my friend there is also a Canadian and therefor a fan. She wanted to share something she loves with me, how could I say no to that? And while I've always been a fan of hockey hair, I may also now be a fan of hockey. The game was fast paced and exciting, I got to see a pretty big fight and I had a wicked good time. Thanks, Kimberly! This was such a great find! My client was looking for a bit more space and bit less rent. She found what she was looking for and more in this great single family rental in Springfield! The best is, we only looked at two rentals total! In the competitive western MA market, that's almost unheard of! I guess a strong application package and a pushy renter's agent can sometimes work to your advantage! Congratulations, Kat! Enjoy your new space! 104 Grandview St.
