We did it!  My good friend Korey and I made the BEST TEAM EVER and escaped the End of Days room at Mission Escape Games in West Hartford.  It was challenging and fun and only a tiny bit stressful as the clock runs down.  We had a great host, thank you, Howell!  And the two of us were able to solve all the puzzles with only a couple of nudges, we did NOT have to ask for any hints!  What is the difference between a nudge and a hint?  Go play the game and find out!  

Listed for $265,000.00 and sold for $286,000.00!  Is this market crazy or what?  I loved helping these guys with this house!  A father-son team made up my seller client here with the son convincing the father to finally just sell his CT home and move to CA to be closer to his grandchildren.  Once Dad was convinced to go there was no stopping him!  He literally handed over the keys, left town and let me take care of everything.  It was beautiful!  I'm super happy to have helped these gents get this done!  Thanks for your trust Kris and Gregory!

Sadly/gladly, I'm quite good at estate sales.  Sad because when you're working on an estate sale it's because someone has died.  Glad because I get to help families work through an important transaction at a difficult time.  Selling a home is an emotional time in almost any circumstance.  When you add grief and probate court to the process you've got more layers and levels to work through.  I'm happy to be someone people trust to help them during these times.
