Y'all know how I love smart young people investing in their financial futures via real estate!  In this case, my client purchased this two-family home, moved into the first floor and completely renovated the second floor.  When she was close to finished with the project, we listed the apartment for rent.  We had quite a few showings and she was able to pick her favorite applicant to be her upstairs neighbor.  Now her tenants will be the first to live in a newly renovated apartment and she'll be able to start saving for her next down payment to continue building her real estate empire!  Everyone wins!    

I found this super cool edition of Orwell’s Animal Farm in one of my favorite local little library boxes. I’ve never read it before now so had to take it home. I think it was printed in 1954. It was fun to read and the theme really holds up over time.

My friend Nate and I had the pleasure of being invited to speak about honeybees at the Westfield on Weekends Creative Arts Center in Westfield, MA.  They are currently displaying a Smithsonian Travel Exhibit, Pollination Investigation.  The exhibit will be up until the end of April, stop by and check it out!
