Meet Reena and Kyle!  Working with these two was really great!  Not only are they a very sweet couple, but they are also both talented artists and I LOVE working with creatives!  The universe was kind enough to connect us using the internet, Google works in mysterious ways, I tell you!  I'm so glad I was "the one" for these guys.  Their home search was non-typical when it came to their needs and wants list.  Most of the time the needs and wants of homebuyers are pretty straightforward.  You need to have a certain number of bedrooms and bathrooms, maybe you'd like a guest room or a home office and you want to have a garage and maybe a fireplace.  With Reena and Kyle, it was all about the light for the home art studio and where they could possibly install a kiln.  Reena paints and Kyle makes ceramics.  It was so fun to look at houses with specific ideas for creative work spaces in mind.  I have a whole new appreciation for natural light!  We found their dreamy artists-abode on the edge of Somers, CT which also happened to be very perfectly located for all their commuting needs.  Win, win!
