My seller here was looking to get out of town and out of state to be closer to family.  They couldn't have picked a better time to cash out of their CT home.  Selling quickly and for a great profit allowed them to get the whole family back to NY in time for the new school year.  And the buyer got a classic Enfield colonial with some fantastic and unique features you don't find in every house of this style and era.  Congrats to everyone!

Meet Vanessa and Jason!  These two were ready to cash-in their starter home for something that felt more like forever.  They found the one worth trading-in for in Tolland, CT!  Leaving behind their cozy, bright cape in Manchester was made easier when we found this colonial with a cathedral ceilinged master suite that had tons of space throughout and a large yard with an inground pool!  Now they can entertain family and friends in even more style than before which was a top priority when looking for their new space.  I'm looking forward to enjoying some of their new amenities myself!  I'm so happy to have helped such a wonderful family cross the bridge to the next chapter of their story.  Cheers to many happy years, guys!
