Meet Bill and Louise!  Selling the family homestead after more than 30 years can be tricky.  There's lots to do and it's a big change to make.  You've got the physical stuff and the emotional stuff.  We had all the stuff here!  Bill and Louise had made such a lovely home in their time there both inside and out.  But it was time to start a new chapter.  So they made some careful and well thought out plans, put them in motion and executed exactly what they set out to do!  With some help from their wonderful family, of course!  I'm so glad to have been a part of their process.  So congratulations to Bill and Louise, thank you for having me along!  And congratulations to the new owners who now have a wonderful home that was well cared for and is full of positive energy! 

It's a thing.  Look it up.  Here I am celebrating with one of the best homemade cheeseburgers I've ever had.  A traditional classic burger made just the way I like it by Michael Southworth in Rye, NH.  If you can only have one style of cheeseburger for the rest of your life... which one will it be?

Meet Linda and Ryan!  From CA to CT where Ryan convinced Linda they could get a house and maybe even a bit of land the likes of which cannot be found in CA at the same price.  And what a beautiful piece of land they found!  1.7 acres to be exact.  With grass and woods and even a small water feature!  Gorgeous grounds for the wedding they'll be planning soon!  Oh!  And they got a house too!  Originally built in 1880 these guys are going to have their hands full restoring and remodeling this one.  But they've got experience with old homes and they've got family and friends to help.  I just know they're going to make this place beautiful.  Which gives them an opportunity most buyers do not have in this market- they are actually going to be able to ADD VALUE to their new home over time.  Super exciting stuff!  Congratulations, Linda and Ryan!  

​The gorgeous, private, park-like grounds with established perennial gardens are the icing on the cake at this unique and spacious ranch.  With up to four bedrooms on two floors of living space there is room for everyone and everything.  The main level has a lovely foyer, living room with hardwood floors, fireplace and large windows that let in lots of light and offer views of the beautiful property.  The sunroom makes a great formal dining room and has barnboard walls and a pressed tin ceiling.  The kitchen has room to eat in, is well appointed with plenty of counter and cabinet space and unique fixtures.  Off the kitchen is a slate floored breezeway with a fireplace and pantry closet.  Sliders off the kitchen open onto the oversized trex deck with views of the back yard and gardens.  Two bedrooms and a custom full bathroom complete the main floor.  The finished walk-out basement has two more possible bedrooms, a family room with pellet stove plus another full bathroom and dedicated laundry room.  Outside there is a covered front porch, fire pit, blueberry bushes, a garden shed and outdoor shower.  

Sold it, bought it, sold it again!  This one is special to me for a number of reasons.  First- I love the family who originally hired me to help them sell their wonderful and quirky lake house back in 2019.  And I love the family who bought it.  Thankfully, they love me too so when they needed more space, they gave me a call.  And I really love this house!  I'm so glad it's now in the hands of someone else who is super happy to have it.  Congratulations to everyone!  Farewell little lake house, until we meet again!  

Tired of that condo life, this family wanted to move out to the country.  They were in a wonderful position to be able to buy their new house and move in to it before having to sell the condo.  So they did not have to deal with the headache of all those showing appointments!  This was a lovely condo so there were A LOT of showing appointments.  When all was said and done, they sold for $10k over list price.  Who said the market is cooling down?
