Meet Aaron and Brie!  Not pictured is baby Audrey whose arrival last February made this couple realize very quickly that they could use some more space.  The condo they were renting was fine for the two of them but it started to seem a lot smaller when Audrey waltzed in!  Babies and all their stuff, amiright?  LOL.  Originally the plan was to look for another rental.  It could be a small house or another condo as long as it was larger than the one they were already in.  But what about buying?  Was it even an option?  After looking at a few unimpressive rentals, Aaron and Brie crunched some numbers, connected with one of my favorite lenders and were pre-approved easily!  The best part is, the house they picked is larger than any of us imagined we'd find.  Space issue, solved!  Now Audrey has all the room she needs for all her baby accoutrements and Mom and Dad have a great house for their family to grow into!

Meet Greg, Sheena and baby Camille!  This smart young family decided to take advantage of the low, low interest rates being offered by mortgage lenders right now and picked up a great condo in a fantastic area.  Always thinking of the future, they are investing while nesting!  Their new town house is going to be an excellent place for the three of them to call home for as long as they like.  When they do decide to move on, they'll be able to keep the condo as an investment property and grow their wealth while they grow their real estate portfolio.  I love when people make thoughtful real estate plans for the future!  It was such a pleasure to meet and help these guys!  Congratulations, Greg and Sheena! 

Hi!  I've officially sold over 100 houses so I just wanted to say, peace to that!

Meet Chris and Jennie!  Jennie and I are good Instagram friends and with the exception of an awesome Halloween party we both attend (shout out to Justin and Una!), we rarely see each other in real life.  That all changed a couple months ago when she decided she was ready to buy a house!  I'm so happy I got to spend some quality with her during the home shopping process.  She had me convinced that it would be close to impossible that her and her husband, Chris, would be able to get on the same page with their needs/wants list so I was prepared for a challenge!  After meeting Chris and spending some time looking at houses, I am glad to report these two were way more agreeable than they led me to believe.  They settled on a great house in a great neighborhood with lots of space and TONS of potential.  I can't wait to see what they do with this place! Congratulations, Chris & Jennie! 

Meet Jeff!  Jeff was in search of his dream garage and was willing to settle for whatever house came with it as part of the package.  We looked a quite a few different types of property and bounced back and forth over the CT/MA border.  We found "the one" in Enfield!  Jeff got the garage of his dreams and the detached house that came with it was oh, so nice for the price!  He is now the proud owner of a beautifully maintained home with more space than we could have imagined at this price.  Searching for a unique property when a client has very specific needs/wants adds a level of challenge to the hunt.  That makes helping them find and attain what they are looking for oh, so satisfying!  Congratulations on your new garage, Jeff!  May you also enjoy the house it came with!
