Look at these happy homeowners! It was such a good time home shopping with these guys! Our showing appointments were well attended by their supportive family members and the kids always gave me something to giggle about. It was a real pleasure getting to know them and I'm so glad they found a new home with so much space to grow into! Congratulations, Melissa & David! May you enjoy many, many happy years in your new house!

So happy to see my clients settling in to this second floor apartment in a neat location in Holyoke, MA with views of the CT River! With a strong application package including good income, credit and references, my clients should have had a very easy time getting approved for the rental of their choice. But the competition is tough for good rental properties in Western, MA and we applied at two others before getting approved here. I'm a big fan of timing and believe that the universe will provide the right thing at the right time and I'm excited the other apartments didn't work out so this one had time to come along for them. Welcome home guys!
Work in real estate long enough and you'll have some tales to tell. I think it's time I share some of mine. Names and addresses withheld to protect the innocent.
This was a first for me. A stairway to nowhere. These stairs end at the ceiling! Spotted on a recent tour with a rental client somewhere in Massachusetts, this was a ranch style home that never had a second floor. So why a staircase? Maybe they were going for a Winchester Mystery Mansion vibe? Has anyone else encountered a mystery staircase to nowhere in their travels? If so, please share!
