This was a first for me. A stairway to nowhere. These stairs end at the ceiling! Spotted on a recent tour with a rental client somewhere in Massachusetts, this was a ranch style home that never had a second floor. So why a staircase? Maybe they were going for a Winchester Mystery Mansion vibe? Has anyone else encountered a mystery staircase to nowhere in their travels? If so, please share!
