Let's hear it for another lake house!  This big beauty was custom built by my Seller and had three stories of lake views!  A family home where children were raised and grandchildren came to play, this gem is now in the hands of new owners who will grow their family and memories on the lake too!  So, SO happy for my seller and the amazing price we were able to get for the home she built and loved so.  On to less space, less maintenance and more free time for her!  Congratulations to everyone!

Meet Jillian and Joel!  She wanted a house and he wanted a garage.  I was shocked to find both for them quickly, easily and UNDER budget.  They were willing to compromise on overall condition to keep things on the conservative side for their budget.  And they were able to get a very good house in a great neighborhood for an unbelievable price!  They've got some work to do, but it's mostly cosmetic and with the help of family and friends they've already made amazing progress in their first week of homeownership!  Goodbye wallpaper!  Goodbye carpet!  Hello fresh new look!  They were SUPER fun to work with, easy going and realistic and I'm looking forward to being invited to all their parties in the new house!  Congratulations guys!  See you soon!  

Have I mentioned how much I love selling lake houses?  I have?  Sorry to repeat myself but I love selling lake houses!  This little beauty was no exception even though it will from now on be known as "the most frustrating transaction in the history of my real estate career".  Bless my sellers for being wonderful to work with even though their buyer turned out to be Tom Petty.  'Nuff said!
