Meet Jillian and Joel! She wanted a house and he wanted a garage. I was shocked to find both for them quickly, easily and UNDER budget. They were willing to compromise on overall condition to keep things on the conservative side for their budget. And they were able to get a very good house in a great neighborhood for an unbelievable price! They've got some work to do, but it's mostly cosmetic and with the help of family and friends they've already made amazing progress in their first week of homeownership! Goodbye wallpaper! Goodbye carpet! Hello fresh new look! They were SUPER fun to work with, easy going and realistic and I'm looking forward to being invited to all their parties in the new house! Congratulations guys!
