Meet Aaron and Brie! Not pictured is baby Audrey whose arrival last February made this couple realize very quickly that they could use some more space. The condo they were renting was fine for the two of them but it started to seem a lot smaller when Audrey waltzed in! Babies and all their stuff, amiright? LOL. Originally the plan was to look for another rental. It could be a small house or another condo as long as it was larger than the one they were already in. But what about buying? Was it even an option? After looking at a few unimpressive rentals, Aaron and Brie crunched some numbers, connected with one of my favorite lenders and were pre-approved easily! The best part is, the house they picked is larger than any of us imagined we'd find. Space issue, solved! Now Audrey has all the room she needs for all her baby accoutrements and Mom and Dad have a great house for their family to grow into!
