What a beauty! It was an honor and a pleasure to sell a family home with so much history! The house was gorgeous and quirky and the property was glorious with mature perennial gardens and open, flat lawn. There were 14 total offers and half of those were over $300K. In that case, why was the sales price $291K? Great question! The highest offer is not always the best offer. Feel free to ask me why!
