Meet Heather and Ian! This clever couple decided a few years back to shake things up with a big move. They left the oppressive heat of Florida behind and headed north toward changing seasons and graduate school for Heather. She's just working on a PhD in polymer science and engineering, so you know... no big deal. But all kidding aside, she is some kind of genius and plans to use her powers for good! Unsure about how long they'd be staying in the area when we first met, we looked at some rentals. After being here awhile, they decided it could be a nice place to stay so why not buy a house? And now, these two have officially committed to being New Englanders by planting roots in Turners Falls! I'm so glad they reached out to me to help! They're both smart, creative and funny so home shopping was super fun! Even when this crazy market tried to get us down we powered through! They faced a few more challenges in their transaction than your average homebuyer (even in this market!) and this was not the first house they were going to buy (think terrible home inspection). BUT... everything in the right time for the right reason. Because they house they did buy is in the most glorious location and is perfectly quirky, just like my friends, Heather and Ian! I am very excited to see them turn their new house into their home! Congratulations!
