I sure do love selling lake houses! Even in the winter I looked forward to each and every trip I had to make out to this beauty in Sturbridge. The seller did not live close by so I was able to help arrange all we needed to do to get ready to list it for sale. This meant I was at the property often, which was NOT a problem for me! We power washed the exterior, cleaned out the gutters, had the interior professionally cleaned and even had to have the snow plowed a time or two. In the end all the chores were worth the effort, as my client received several offers and all were over asking price. My client ended up with a fantastic profit and the new owners ended up with a very beautiful vacation home where their family will gather and make new memories for years to come.
