Meet Alex and Taylor! With prices high and interest rates constantly rising, these guys worked tenaciously to secure a new family home before things got too crazy. We saw quite a few houses and made some offers that didn't quite stick. But that was all for the best when we finally found this gem in the woods! Over 1000 SF? Check! A garage for Alex? Check! And my favorite part? Not only did we get them some good yard space for their family, we got them a total of 2.5 acres! Room to roam for dogs, chickens and child? CHECK! I'm super glad I was able to help this family find the one. They were fun to work with, had realistic goals and worked hard to meet them.
