Meet Scott, Eli, Lindsey and Silas! These guys had been thinking about moving to CT from NY for awhile. A job transfer for Scott turned up the heat on that back burner and we got down to business in late October. We explored some great towns from Middlebury to Shelton and landed on "the one" in Seymour. Lucky #13! This unique, antique house was a bit too close to the road for their preference initially but what it lacked in front yard space it made up for with a large two-car barn with loft out back. Plus it checked all the other boxes. The house is loaded with character and I'm very much looking forward to seeing how these guys make it their own. I'm hoping they get their very own Cthulhu rug for their entryway. And if you happen to live in the greater Seymour area this one will be worth a drive by next Halloween season!
