Meet Abraham and Valeria! These two engineered an excellent homebuying experience for themselves! They took the time to get to know the market, to figure out which lender/loan type worked best for their needs and they set and stuck to a budget that helped to keep them from going bananas in a very competitive market for buyers. They were open minded so we looked at a good spectrum of houses from fixer uppers to move-in ready and we spread the search area pretty wide.
