Meet Emma and Brian! These two were super fun to work with! Buying in a competitive market is stressful and they kept their cool and stayed positive and excited throughout our time together. Even when they had a terrible home inspection and were forced to cancel on the first house they wanted to buy. It didn't get them down. They got right back on that home-buying horse and it wasn't long before we found the one in Holyoke. A much better location for them and a much better house overall! And these two were so on the ball taking care of their mortgage business that they were approved almost a full month before the seller would be ready to move out. Talk about exercising your patience muscle! The waiting was indeed the hardest part here! And it didn't end there! On closing day, when we showed up so they could do their final walk through prior to signing their documents, we were locked out! The sellers had taken all the keys with them when they left the house for the last time. We had to wait for the keys to be delivered and we were late to the closing! They took it in stride! (Cue Matthew Wilder's Break My Stride) I'm only sad that we didn't get to spend more time together (but you bet I'm going to weasel my way into their house warming party!).
