Meet Alicia and Nick! These midwestern transplants were renting in town and decided they liked it well enough to put down some roots and stay for awhile. It was such a pleasure to meet these two and to help them achieve their homebuying goals. Their new home has a fenced in yard for the pups, a finished basement that offers lots of extra space and a guest room for hosting the in-laws as needed. Their search was originally wider spread but I'm so glad they found what they were looking for in town. I'm excited to have them for neighbors and look forward to seeing them around!
