The sellers of this fantastic Enfield cape have been living out of state for YEARS. They decided they had had enough of land-lording from a distance and that they wanted to take advantage of the position sellers have in this market. We were able to make all of the arrangements without them even having to come back to CT to do anything! We got their tenants to move out, had the place cleaned, made some small repairs and we were under contract OVER asking price before we even had the chance to post interior photos! I couldn't have hoped for a smoother long distance sale. My sellers are happy to have one less thing to worry about so they can focus on their new pursuits closer to their actual home.
