Meet Samantha and Gene! This lovely young couple found me on Zillow while searching for a Connecticut agent after exhausting their home search in Massachusetts. The market is crazy for buyers everywhere, but it does seem like the competition in western mass is a little more extreme than it is just over the border in CT. Proving that point, we were able to find them the perfect house very quickly as soon as they decided to cross state lines. These guys were good savers and having enough money for their down-payment AND their own closing costs gave them an advantage and got their offer accepted! I'm super happy to have helped these two find "the one" and I'm looking forward to seeing them around town now that we are practically neighbors! Congratulations Sam and Gene!
