A beautiful classic colonial in Broad Brook is now in the hands of a new family. Congratulations to my clients who cashed out right in time! The market is getting weird ladies and gentlemen! My sellers were only in this house a few years and they did some beautiful updates in that short time. They took down a wall to open up the kitchen and dining room and did the bathrooms. It was glorious! But with prices high and inventory still tragically low, they decided it would be a great time to sell for profit and then figure out what comes next. Goal accomplished!
