Meet Tello! Tello was tired of paying rent and wanted a yard of his own to poop in. He knew prices were high in this sellers-market but he was pre-approved for an unbelievably low mortgage rate and decided it was time to buy a house of his own! After realizing it would be tough to find a house small enough to suit Tello's needs, we decided to include his human roommates in the search.
Adding Kevin and Krystal to the mix helped to widen our search parameters for Tello's new place and we found a house where all three of them could be happy in Chicopee. These guys made a great homebuying team and it was fun to help them on that journey! I'm excited to see what color Tello will paint his room! Congratulations Kevin & Krystal!
