If it rains on your wedding day, it's considered good luck, right? My optimistic clients decided to apply the same logic to closing day. And here we have my very first indoor SOLD photo! Thanks to first-time homebuyer, Danielle for having such a great idea! The rain didn't stop us from capturing a glorious moment in their homebuying history! This returning-to-CT-couple had great energy and were super fun to work with. They picked an almost-brand-new beauty of a house and will have very little to worry about for the foreseeable future.
