Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.
This was my second Labor Day in row celebrated in Sharon, CT and it will definitely not be my last. I can't think of a better place to take a day off and raise a glass to the American worker. Here's to many more good times in the northwest corner, and to Josh & Sin for making it possible!
