Tell the truth... When someone surprises you with a knock on your door, do you open up or do you hide until they leave?
Door knocking can be fun! (Even when it's 100 degrees outside!) Today, Colleen and I took the time to personally invite all of the neighbors to the open house I'm hosting at 60 Sunset Dr in Somers on Friday from 5pm-7pm. As someone who doesn't really appreciate unannounced strangers knocking on my own door, I'm always hesitant to bother unsuspecting neighbors. I was pleasantly surprised with a friendly reception by almost everyone who was home.

It is true that I will feel hesitant when someone knocks at my door. As an introvert, I prefer to be alone and not bothered by people around me. I was once invited by my neighbor, Lune, last year in an open house hosted by her. I have to be honest, I rejected her invitation. As what I said earlier, I prefer to stay up all night alone with no one to talk to and socialize. I do not know if I am willing to give away an evening alone to join an event with other people.
