I'm not afraid of a tricky rental!  In this case, I had a couple of Uconn Students looking for off campus housing for this school year.  Since they are young, full-time college students, their part-time income and very new credit history did not make for a super strong rental application package.  Cue the parents!  Getting the parents to agree to co-sign was easy, getting the landlord to agree to accept a co-signer for both tenants was a bit challenging, getting all four total applicants to review, sign and initial the lease was almost impossible!  But we got it done right in time!  I'm sure these students will get a lot of studying done in their awesome new rental!
