Meet Alena and Craig! These guys met because they like and drive the same car. I'm so happy they picked me to help them find a driveway to park them in! This was one of those real estate dream jobs, the old "one and done"! With a very large distance to cover between his and her commute, Windsor, CT was the sweet spot. The market was so hot in Windsor they missed out on even SEEING the first three houses they liked! So the first house we were actually able to tour is the house they bought! Things went pretty smoothly overall and I think they are happy to have missed out on a few houses, because the home they ended up with is awesome! I really like these guys so the only bad part about their transaction was that since we didn't look at lots of houses, we didn't get to spend that much time together! I am looking forward to seeing them and some updates to the house soon! Congratulations, Alena and Craig!
