Hallelujah! I'm so happy for my sellers today as they are finally able to close the CT chapter of their lives and hit the road to head west! When I first met these clients and toured their beautiful home, I assured them their house would sell quickly. That was in September of 2018! Why did it take so long? I wish I knew! Great house, great neighborhood, bad timing? Sometimes it is very hard to pinpoint when the right buyer will come along. All you can do is advertise, keep a close eye on the market, pay attention to feedback and communicate with your client about what you can both be doing to increase the likelihood of an offer.
