Christin and I had looked at a few places for her in late March.  She picked her favorite, her application package was approved and she was ready to move in for May 1st.  Unfortunately, mid-April was upon us and the occupying tenant showed no signs of being ready to be out of there in time for Christin to move in.  What to do?  Find another place fast!  It was like the universe handed us this place right when she needed it.  Two bedrooms, two and a half baths, laundry hook-ups on the second floor and a garage!  Christin will be working from her new home office in style by May 1st after all!
