I listed this condo for sale and it immediately sold at the open house! Which was at the very end of February... Enter COVID-19. The buyer was elderly and the condo was perfect for her! A first floor, garden style condo with parking right outside her door. She had been looking for awhile and was very excited to find the right condo to downsize to. Unfortunately a few short weeks later we were all living in fear of unknown things and she decided it would not be the best time for her to move house. Understandable! And my clients were sympathetic rather than upset when she backed out of the purchase. We went back on the market and though things were quiet for a while we finally received a new offer and were able to sail smoothly to a closing even in these strange days! Happy for my sellers to be moving on and happy for the new couple who purchase their condo!
