This one goes down as the most unique property I've ever sold for sure! An old chapel whose most recent use was as a sound studio. The place has such good energy and is super cute inside and out. So much charm and character in here! The seller and buyer had some ups and downs throughout their negotiations and in the end, the universe rewarded my client for her patience and perseverance with a closing.
