Another awesome downsizer! I've mentioned before that sometimes downsizing isn't about the size of the space, but the maintenance that goes in to caring for it. My seller in this case recently retired (under 50!) and did not want to spend all of her new free time caring for her GIANT yard or maintaining her inground pool area.
