Meet Marisa, Taylor and Hiccup! These awesome first-timers had unique needs and wants and you know I love a challenge! Taylor was hoping to shorten his commute to work and Marisa, an artist who works from home needed a great space for her studio/home office. What else? A great space for their birds! How cool is that? This adorable bungalow had all that plus a great newly finished basement where I think they'll be doing a lot of their hanging out.
