Meet Ryan and Kylie! These VERY serious first-time buyers started shopping for their house during the peak of things shutting down for the COVID-19 pandemic. Booking showings was tricky because sellers were extra leery of having groups of strangers tour their homes. These guys combed through listings online taking extra care to only ask me for tours of houses they REALLY wanted to see. We booked a handful of appointments on a Saturday and the first house on the list ended up being "the one"! These guys knew what they wanted and when they found it, they didn't waste any time messing around! They were also fantastic at adapting to the new ways we're doing things, using social distancing at inspections, walk throughs and closings.
