Meet Jodie! Jodie worked her butt off to get this house! She had lots of extra hoops to jump through due to her loan type (CHFA) and all the new rules and regs that are constantly changing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. She handled each and every obstacle with grace and a smile! Every time her lender or I gave her a new task for her to-do list, she tackled it and crossed it off quickly. I can't thank her enough for staying positive and patient through her home-buying process. I'm really looking forward to joining her for a cocktail on her new porch this summer!
