This was a special one for me...  If you know me or have read any of my non-realestate blogs you know that my mom lives in the longterm care facility, Parkway Pavillion, in Enfield.  Having a loved one in longterm care isn't easy for anyone and we really love Parkway because of the connection and support we get and give one another, staff and family members alike.  This was my mom's roommate's house.  It was a true honor to help her family navigate through the selling process.  I'm proud to have helped them through a tricky transaction and I hope I made things even just a little bit easier for them during an emotional transition.
