We had so much fun at this "SOLD" photoshoot that I couldn't choose just one! Meet, Josef and Jenny! Two of the nicest and most thoughtful humans on planet earth. I sincerely am lucky to know them and so grateful to be able to call them friends! These two were looking for something very specific for their first home purchase and we found it on Curtiss St! A super cool multifamily that they plan to owner-occupy and update and upgrade over time. For those who haven't had the pleasure of shopping for a multifamily home, they are often tenant occupied and said tenants don't always love to have strangers traipsing through their homes. So home shopping with these two was an adventure! From locked rooms we weren't allowed to view to tenant complaints of "large rats" and "hundreds of flies" we made the best of it every time! I can't wait to see what they do with their new place!
