What fun it is to help someone buy a house and then to get to sell it again!  And for a handsome profit in a short period.  These sellers had downsized a few years ago and finally decided they have had ENOUGH New England winters.  So they've thrown out their shovels and they've made their second home in Florida their new year-round home!  I'll miss Porch Fest in Wethersfiled but I'm looking forward to visiting Mickey!

Helping my client sell her CT condo so that she could move to RI to be closer to her son and daughter-in-law was very rewarding.  Lucille is in her 80s and sharp as a tack!  She was going to be home for all of her showing appointments so I offered to be there too.  Her safety and comfort were my primary concerns.  I didn't consider how much fun we would have!  We drove all of the appointments into two, two hour blocks of time on two different days.  While home shoppers and their agents toured the condo, Lucille and I drank coffee and watched the news.  He commentary was awesome and when she was quiet, I learned that was when she had the most to say.  I thoroughly enjoyed our time together and we got her a great price for her condo!  Thanks for having me Lucille!  Best wishes in Rhode Island!
