 Headed back to Colorado after a short run in Connecticut, I will miss these guys! Selling a house just about a year after buying it has its challenges. In this case, the market had not changed so we were able to sell it for a bit more than they bought it for. So it was a best case scenario. In the even better news department, the market is different in Colorado so my sellers did not have to deal with the competition that buyers in the northeast still face every day.
