Meet Tom and Liz! Meeting people through other cool people is one of my favorite things about my job! Tom is besties with a past client who feels like he has also become my bestie since real estate brought us together several years ago. (Shout out to Jon!) When we first started looking at houses I was a little nervous about finding something that could check ALL their boxes without compromising. We saw a few interesting options worth considering, we saw a few definite NOs and then they found the one when they popped into the open house at 8 Van Buren Rd. I quickly booked us a second, private tour so I could see the place too and we could work on their offer. Moving fast and being very well qualified worked in their favor!
