These sellers had a real twist instore for anyone interested in buying their house... They wanted to stay in it!  Just temporarily of course!  It is a rare occurrence for me but it does happen.  A home seller can make an agreement with their buyer to rent the house back from them after closing.  Why would they do that?  So they could be in a better position to buy their new home in this CRAZY market.  They receive their sales proceeds on closing day and then have 45 days to shop for something new before moving out.  It's a bit more complicated than a traditional closing but it can be very helpful.  These sellers have some good options and some good ideas so I am excited to see which path they choose!
