And I mean that in a positive way! It was a challenge because the house was so nice, the inquiries were overwhelming. The calls, texts and Zillow message were abundant and we showed it to 23 groups of people in three hours. Almost everyone who looked at the house filled out an application, so picking a tenant was also challenging for the landlord. In the end, credit was a deciding factor so this is a public service announcement for everyone reading this to make sure you pay attention to your credit score! Get it high and keep it there!
