Headed back to Colorado after a short run in Connecticut, I will miss these guys! Selling a house just about a year after buying it has its challenges. In this case, the market had not changed so we were able to sell it for a bit more than they bought it for. So it was a best case scenario. In the even better news department, the market is different in Colorado so my sellers did not have to deal with the competition that buyers in the northeast still face every day. They had their pick of the litter and are very happy to flying back to the highest state in the union. Even if it meant they had to leave their Connecticut nest behind. I will miss you, Maggie and Jake! But I like Colorado too, so you may see me there!
