This one exceeded our wildest expectations.   We knew she'd be popular, but we didn't know HOW popular until we were underway.  Originally east-coasters, these guys tried the southwest, the mid-west, circled back to the northeast and finally decided home would be in the land of enchantment. Coming back east in 2019 right before the market went bananas worked in their favor and they have headed back out west with a tidy profit.  Thrilled for them as they start their next chapter in the desert!  

Meet Jake and Maggie!  Can we find a house, close and move before the new baby arrives?  YES, yes we can!  These two are not New England natives but were ready lay down some roots here.  Where they come from, houses aren't quite as old as they are here!
